How to Create a Proforma Invoice

Proforma invoice vs invoice vs quotation
Use a proforma when you need a commercial preview of charges — often for customs, an advance, or a draft bill. Use a quotation when you are offering a price. Use an invoice when you are requesting payment on a regular bill. This generator does not treat the total as amount paid.
