Organize PDF – Rotate and Crop Pages
Organize PDF pages
Reorder, rotate, and crop PDF pages in your browser with Toolshelf. Nothing is uploaded. Crop is a view box, not a sanitizer.
How to organize a PDF
- 1. Drop a PDF.
- 2. Move pages, rotate 90°, or set crop margins.
- 3. Download one organized PDF.
Organize PDF FAQ
- What is Organize PDF?
- It reorders, rotates, and crops pages of one PDF and downloads one PDF. Rotate PDF and crop PDF are controls here, not separate tools.
- Is crop destructive?
- This sets a crop box (what viewers show). It is not a forensic pixel wipe. Some apps still see the original page media box.
- Can I extract many files?
- No. Removing pages here still leaves a single PDF. Use Split PDF when you want several files or a ZIP.
- Are files uploaded?
- No. Edits run in your browser. A draft of the file, order, rotation, and crop can stay on this device after refresh. Toolshelf does not receive the PDF.
When to organize a PDF here

- Reorder without merging files.
- Rotate or crop all pages.
- Draft can restore after refresh.
Limitations
- Output is still one PDF.
- Crop is not redaction.
- Encrypted PDFs are not opened.
Need several files? Use Split PDF. Combine documents with Merge PDF.
