Photo collage FAQ
- What is a photo collage maker?
- It combines several photos into one image. You choose the pictures, pick a collage style, move photos into any frame, and download a JPEG or PNG. Layouts use mixed block sizes so four photos are not dumped into four columns.
- Are my photos uploaded?
- No. The collage is drawn in your browser. A draft of the files and layout can stay on this device after refresh. Toolshelf does not receive the photos on a server. Use Reset to clear the draft.
- How do I move a photo into a different frame?
- Drag a photo onto any frame, or tap one frame and then tap another to swap them. The thumbnail strip works the same way, so you can place any upload into any cell.
- How many collage styles are there?
- More than twenty named layouts, filtered to match how many photos you added, plus Auto. Each layout can take a look such as Gallery, Editorial, Cinema, Print, Ink, Air, Story, or Wide. You can still change gap, padding, corners, shape, and background after you pick a style.
- Which image types work?
- JPG, PNG, and WebP. HEIC is not supported — export JPG or PNG first. Animated GIFs are not accepted.
- Is this the same as JPG to PDF?
- No. This page makes one collage image. JPG to PDF puts each photo on its own PDF page.
